As part of the Sienna team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing residents’ daily experiences by knowing them beyond their names. This position is designed for those who are committed to providing personalized care in a welcoming, team-oriented environment, focused on fulfilling each resident's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly respond to residents’ calls and alarms

• Carry out all care activities as outlined in care plans

• Assist residents between rooms and activities

• Complete housekeeping and laundry duties as outlined

• Ensure safety in food service and preparation

Requirements:

• Minimum six months of experience in caregiving

• First Aid/CPR certification is required

• Excellent verbal and written English skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Must possess or be willing to complete personal care certification
