As the Director, you will guide Diagnostic Services and Project Management, ensuring patient-centered care across the Huntsville and South Muskoka Memorial Hospital sites. Your responsibilities include overseeing Diagnostic Imaging and Laboratory Services, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with a diverse leadership team to enhance patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide operational leadership for patient care services
• Promote integrated care with physicians and staff
• Develop and evaluate policies aligned with best practices
• Manage departmental budgeting and resource allocation
• Monitor project management portfolios to meet strategic goals
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of clinical leadership experience
• Unionized environment experience required
• LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP desired
• Exceptional teamwork and communication skills
