FYidoctors is seeking a dedicated Optical Associate for our Market Lane clinic. In this full-time position (30-40 hours/week), you will engage with patients, educate them on eyewear options, and manage appointments and billing.

Your role will focus on ensuring the perfect fit for eyewear, alongside assisting with contact lenses and delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients at the clinic

• Educate on eyewear options tailored to lifestyles

• Interpret optical prescriptions from optometrists

• Perform frame and facial measurements for fitting

• Manage billing and payments for services

Requirements:

• Optical or retail experience is an asset

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in MS Office Suite

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
