Enhance patient experiences at FYidoctors in Wasaga Beach as a full-time Optical Associate. Provide tailored eyewear education and exceptional customer service every day.

This role requires engaging with patients in various settings, interpreting optical prescriptions, and performing essential measurements. The position also includes coordinating appointments, managing billing, and assisting with contact lens fittings. You will thrive in a collaborative clinic environment where your skills will make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients warmly in person and online

• Assist patients with frame selection based on their lifestyle

• Interpret prescriptions from optometrists accurately

• Perform frame fitting, repairs, and adjustments

• Manage billing and payments for services

Requirements:

• Prior optical or retail experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in technology, including MS Office Suite

• Collaborative and adaptable team player mindset
