Mileage reimbursement: $0.45/km plus paid travel time

What You’ll Do:

Assist patients with activities of daily living, including skin, hair, and oral care, bathing, toileting, and peri-care
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, including special diets as outlined in the care plan
Provide light housekeeping and companionship to promote comfort, safety, and quality of life
Support independence and meaningful daily routines in home and community environments
Build trusted relationships with patients and their families through compassionate, professional care
