In this permanent position, you'll leverage your Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience to assess and develop supportive services for individuals living with mental illness. Collaboration with community networks is essential for building pathways to greater client autonomy. Demonstrated skills in emotional intelligence and communication will be key to thriving in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct crisis assessments and plan interventions
• Provide rehabilitative and supportive counseling
• Develop client skills for daily success
• Facilitate connections with community resources
• Implement effective case management strategies
Requirements:
• Degree in human service or health science
• Experience working with mental health clients
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
