This role invites licensed behavioral health clinicians to become part of a network that delivers essential counseling services. As a provider, you will engage in direct, solution-focused support delivered face-to-face, helping employees and their households manage their mental health effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver solution-focused EAP counseling to clients

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and clinical evaluations

• Assist clients with challenges like anxiety and work-life balance

• Keep timely clinical documentation according to standards

• Engage in Com Psych's referral and authorization processes

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a relevant behavioral health discipline

• At least 3 years of clinical experience after graduation

• Active professional accreditation or registration

• Essential liability insurance coverage, where applicable

• Recent resume or CV needed
