Your contributions will focus on medical records supervision, data verification, and compliance oversight in a supportive workplace culture. You'll conduct trainings to uphold standards, assist in developing new procedures, and ensure comprehensive documentation and tracking of medical requests. This is a unique opportunity to impact health and well-being throughout communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead training for medical records and administrative teams
• Review and verify data for compliance KPIs
• Manage confidentiality in medical records requests processing
• Track and maintain accurate records of new hires
• Ensure efficiency in administrative process documentation
Requirements:
• Onsite work availability Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Knowledgeable in data management systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Work experience in healthcare or regulated environments preferred
• Basic MS Word and Excel competency preferred
