As a part of SE Health’s mission to advance health with heart, your responsibilities will include supervising training for medical records, reviewing compliance KPIs, and ensuring data accuracy. This role not only supports new hires but also manages information requests and document verification, all within a nurturing and flexible work environment tailored for your growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise training and orientation for new staff
• Verify data accuracy and manage medical records compliance
• Conduct audits and quality checks on information
• Track and report on data requests for privacy standards
• Develop new processes to improve workflow efficiency
Requirements:
• Available Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm
• Intermediate skills in computer literacy
• Experience in regulated services preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with MS Word and MS Excel tools
