Responsibilities include implementing treatment programs, documenting progress, and coordinating care. This role requires you to have a minimum of two days available during weekday hours to provide the best care possible while using your skills effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement rehabilitation programs with healthcare professionals
• Promote client independence at home and in the community
• Conduct engaging exercise and therapy sessions
• Document client progress and report to healthcare providers
• Ensure a safe and supportive care environment
Requirements:
• Completion of a relevant college program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and insurance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
