Position: PSW for High Behavior Clients
Location: Wasaga Beach

Join Home Care Assistance as a Personal Support Worker, specializing in supporting high behavior clients in Barrie. Enjoy flexible hours and a supportive work environment dedicated to employee engagement.

We are looking for two casual female PSWs to work with clients requiring high behavioral support. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience with youth showing ADHD or Autism traits. This is a part-time role with evening and night shifts, and a reliable vehicle is a must for client transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients with daily activities and personal care needs

• Manage medications and provide cognitive support

• Encourage engagement in community activities

• Document care plans and changes accurately

• Act proactively in emergency situations

Requirements:

• PSW/DSW certification from a public educational institution

• At least 3 years of relevant PSW experience

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

• Current CPR/First Aid certification desired

• Completion of a recent Police Vulnerable Sector Check
