Aramark is seeking a Nutrition Manager to oversee food service operations in a Long-Term Care facility. The manager will lead staff recruitment, training, and direct food service activities, ensuring compliance with health regulations and enhancing resident care. This role requires a strong focus on operational excellence, cost control, and managing performance metrics for effective nutrition delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct food service operations to meet residents' nutritional needs

• Recruit, hire, train, and manage kitchen staff

• Conduct clinical assessments and manage MDS assessments

• Implement Aramark systems and understand inventory trends

• Educate teams on operational efficiency and cost control

Requirements:

• Active member of Canadian Society of Nutrition Management

• Graduate of accredited Food and Nutrition Management Program

• At least 2 years of management experience in Senior Living

• Strong communication skills to foster relationships

• Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition preferred
