Para Med Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee PSWs and HSWs delivering community-based care. The successful candidate will assess, implement, and evaluate a wide range of clinical interventions to ensure safe, ethical, and high-quality care for clients in the community.
The role requires an RN or RPN, minimum 5 years of nursing experience, strong leadership, and solid documentation standards. A valid driver's license and VSS clearance are required; CCHN(C) is an asset.
