Are you a passionate, skilled clinician looking to support women in their perinatal journey while also working with general mental health concerns? Amber Sperling Social Work and Psychotherapy Services is looking for an experienced Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist to join our trauma-informed practice as an independent contractor.

Our practice specializes in perinatal mental health, birth trauma, and EMDR therapy, while also supporting clients with general trauma, anxiety, and depression. We are deeply committed to compassionate, nervous system-informed care, fostering community, collaboration, and professional growth.

• Registered Social Worker (RSW) in Ontario (We will not review applications from outside of Ontario without proof of registration.)
• Minimum 5 years post-graduate clinical experience
• Training or strong interest in EMDR therapy and perinatal mental health
• Passion for women’s health, birth trauma, postpartum support, and holistic wellness
• Experience with general trauma, anxiety, and depression
• Values collaboration, professional development, and community care

• Flexible Scheduling – Choose 1-3 in-office days per week, with additional virtual hours available

• Referrals & Admin Support – We provide consistent referrals, reception/admin support, and access to Owl Practice for secure documentation

• Opportunities for Groups & Workshops – We support clinicians in developing groups, workshops, and professional offerings via our virtual platform EmpowHERed in Health

This is an independent contractor position, with a compensation structure based on a fee split (to be discussed). Clinicians join as part of our team while maintaining autonomy in their practice.
