Long-Term Care Nutrition Manager

Manage nutrition services in Stayner, ON, as a Nutrition Manager ve quality food service operations to fulfill residents' dietary needs in a compassionate environment.

Aramark is on the lookout for a dedicated Nutrition Manager to lead the food service department at a Long-Term Care facility. This role includes working alongside various departments, conducting clinical assessments, and ensuring staff are well-trained to provide exceptional care. You will manage budgets while aligning food services with health regulations to enhance residents’ quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate all food service activities

• Recruit, train, and manage food service staff

• Conduct necessary clinical and dietary assessments

• Implement processes to improve service quality and efficiency

• Ensure compliance with all food service regulations

Requirements:

• Membership with the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management

• Graduate from an accredited Food and Nutrition Program

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience

• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition is a plus
