Become a Resident Attendant at Waterside Retirement Lodge, part of Jarlette Health Services, and play a key role in enhancing resident well-being. This casual, on-site position prioritizes recreation and observation to ensure residents thrive.

As a member of our dedicated team, you will support seniors by monitoring their health, maintaining facility safety, and actively engaging with the community. Reporting to the Wellness Manager, your contributions will be vital in upholding our commitment to excellence in senior care. This role is perfect for individuals who are compassionate and eager to grow in gerontology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and report on resident health

• Comply with health and safety regulations

• Ensure lodge cleanliness and resident equipment upkeep

• Collaborate with various departments

• Support community engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• Current CPR and First Aid certification required

• Experience in recreational programming preferred

• Strong communication abilities

• Enthusiasm for continuous learning

• Basic computer skills required
