Bayshore is looking for a dedicated part-time Rehab Assistant available at least two weekdays. In this role, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to help adult and pediatric clients. Key tasks include delivering treatment programs, monitoring progress, and adapting care plans to meet client needs while actively participating in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out rehabilitation programs as directed by health professionals
• Facilitate exercise and cognitive sessions to enhance capabilities
• Promote independence through daily living aid
• Document and report on client progress effectively
• Attend meetings to improve collaborative care efforts
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Eagerness for continual professional development
