Empower Simcoe is hiring for a Permanent Part-Time Support Worker position for night shifts in our group homes. This role requires a valid Developmental Service Worker diploma or equivalent. Applicants should be ready to work weekends and have a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those with disabilities by providing personal care and supportive oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer personal care and support through night shifts

• Manage household duties and assist with meal preparation

• Support individuals with community involvement and activities

Requirements:

• Completion of Developmental Service Worker diploma or similar

• Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
