Your role includes patient interaction, inventory control, and assistance to nursing staff while promoting patient comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain an organized stock room of supplies
• Assist patients in moving to chairs and waiting areas
• Prepare treatment supplies for bedside use
• Help with cleansing reusable supplies regularly
• Monitor and perform quality checks on dialysis machines
Requirements:
• Community College Diploma in health care discipline
• Completion of Dialysis Unit Assistant Certificate course
• Preferred 1 year experience in inventory control
• Exposure to dialysis processes preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
