Cedar Heights is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide individualized support for diverse clients in Ontario. Thrive in a role focused on high-level personal and behavioral assistance.

As a Direct Support Professional, you will engage with both children and adults in various locations including Richmond Hill and Stayner. Candidates should have a background in psychology or related fields, and a passion for client advocacy. Training and development opportunities will be offered as part of your growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and observe individualized support plans

• Support residents in various daily activities and skill-building

• Engage clients in arts, recreation, and educational programs

• Maintain health and safety standards for resident care

• Participate actively in professional development workshops

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field required

• Experience with neurodiverse populations is preferred

• First Aid/CPR certification necessary

• Valid G Driver's License and vehicle access

• Strong communication skills and team collaboration
