Become a Direct Support Professional with Karis Disability Services in a Permanent Flex Part Time position. Support individuals with developmental disabilities through flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

As a Direct Support Professional, your goal is to help individuals live enriched lives by providing assistance in their daily activities and fostering their personal growth. This role emphasizes recognizing each person’s unique gifts, promoting their rights, and assisting with community engagement. You will work directly to shape their development and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aid individuals in daily life and activities

• Support the acquisition of life skills

• Uphold clients' rights and choices

• Promote community orientation and engagement

• Flexible availability for shifts, including overnights

Requirements:

• Valid G License is mandatory

• Preferred candidates will have relevant educational backgrounds
