Life Labs is seeking a Lab Patient Technician to contribute to critical diagnostic services. In this full-time position, you will engage with patients during the specimen collection process while ensuring high-quality care. Responsibilities include performing phlebotomies and maintaining client relationships, emphasizing accurate communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and explain specimen collection procedures

• Perform phlebotomies and conduct ECG tracings

• Complete special test collections with detailed documentation

• Maintain client relationships and respond to inquiries

• Enter required patient demographics and requisition info

Requirements:

• Graduate of approved Laboratory Assistant program preferred

• Phlebotomy experience is a plus

• Strong communication and computer skills

• Ability to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality

• Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs
