Elevate patient care in your career as a Pharmacy Technician us on accurate prescription preparation, customer counseling, and effective inventory management in a supportive environment.
As a key member of the pharmacy team, you will report to the Pharmacy Manager and ensure medications are dispensed accurately and on time.
Your role will involve providing feedback and support to patients while handling inventory levels to meet their needs. You'll engage in staff training and community education efforts, creating awareness of health and medication usage among customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dispense and control medication accurately for patients
• Maintain adequate inventory to fulfill patient needs
• Counsel patients on medication use proactively
• Organize public health awareness and education initiatives
• Resolve issues arising from patients and doctors swiftly
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a valid Class A license
• Excellent customer service and professionalism
• Strong leadership and performance management skills
• Community-based marketing experience
• Familiarity with KROLL Pharmacy system is an asset
