This position, reporting to the Supervisor of Staffing, is designed for compassionate individuals eager to enable clients to live independently. You'll assist with important personal care tasks and foster trusting relationships while navigating varied weekly assignments in Simcoe County.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aid clients with non-medical daily living activities
• Follow clients' individual care service plans precisely
• Develop effective communication with all clients
• Ensure a safe and respectful environment for care
• Utilize technology to enhance caregiving
Requirements:
• Certification in Personal Support Work or relevant experience
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications
• 3000 hours experience in healthcare or community service
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license
• Strong organizational skills to manage client needs
