Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to design patient-specific care
• Implement effective dietary treatment plans
• Maintain clinical documentation and manage workload statistics
• Engage in quality improvement and professional training
Requirements:
• Accredited degree in relevant healthcare field
• Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
• Able to meet physical demands and safety protocols
