As a  Personal Support Worker (PSW)  at Para Med, you will be an integral part of our  home and community care team , supporting patients in their homes and community settings. Signing bonus:
Up to $1,000

Competitive pay:
Up to $21.97 per visit

Mileage reimbursement: $0.45/km plus paid travel time

What You’ll Do

Assist patients with activities of daily living, including skin, hair, and oral care, bathing, toileting, and peri‑care

Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, including special diets as outlined in the care plan

Provide light housekeeping and companionship to promote comfort, safety, and quality of life

Support independence and meaningful daily routines in home and community environments

Build trusted relationships with patients and their families through compassionate, professional care

What You’ll Bring

A valid Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate

Compassion, empathy, and professionalism in patient interactions

Reliability and flexibility to meet evolving care needs

A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle to travel within a designated geographic area
