Key Responsibilities:

• Advise patients on eyewear tailored to individual lifestyles

• Help patients select eyewear that optimizes both vision and fashion

• Carry out eyewear repairs and adjustments for perfect fit

• Train and develop team members on optical best practices

• Ensure outstanding customer service during all patient interactions

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year optical experience required

• Registered Optician credentials in Ontario needed

• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
