As a Personal Support Worker (PSW) at Para Med, you will be an integral part of our home and community care team

• Signing bonus:
  Up to $1,000
• Competitive pay:
  Up to $21.97 per visit
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.45/km plus paid travel time

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including skin, hair, and oral care, bathing, toileting, and peri‑care
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, including special diets as outlined in the care plan
• Provide light housekeeping and companionship to promote comfort, safety, and quality of life
• Support independence and meaningful daily routines in home and community environments
• Build trusted relationships with patients and their families through compassionate, professional care

• A valid Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate
• Compassion, empathy, and professionalism in patient interactions
• Reliability and flexibility to meet evolving care needs
• A genuine passion for helping others and giving back to your community
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle to travel within a designated geographic area
• A clear Vulnerable Sector Screen
