Position: Compassionate Personal Support Worker Role
Location: New Tecumseth

Make a difference in the lives of others as a Personal Support Worker with The Care Company in Toronto and surrounding areas. Help clients achieve independence and safety in their homes through dedicated support.

As a PSW, you will provide crucial care to clients in home and community settings, requiring strong communication and the ability to manage various shifts, including overnight and weekends. This position prioritizes building trust and ensuring clients’ comfort, making it vital to be alert and responsive during all interactions.

Your role will directly influence clients' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care to clients in their homes

• Assist with daily living activities and personal support

• Keep Care Coordinators informed of client needs

• Remain present and engaged throughout shifts

• Travel within assigned geographic area to client homes

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and vehicle access for work

• Certification in PSW or equivalent

• Proficiency in English communication

• Negative TB test and valid CPR/First Aid

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
