In this part-time role, you will embark on a six-month journey with five weeks of paid training at $19.05/hr, followed by virtual education and practical experience. Our program develops crucial competencies in personal care and household management tailored for aspiring PSWs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend five weeks of training focusing on PSW duties
• Participate in virtual learning and hands-on skills labs
• Assist clients with personal care tasks
• Contribute to household management strategies
• Engage in general community support activities
Requirements:
• Valid G or G2 license and dependable vehicle
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR certificate
• Up-to-date immunizations and recent TB test
• Clear police background and vulnerable sector check
• Ability to travel as needed for patient support
