Lead System Planning at Ontario Health

In this permanent full-time role, you'll coordinate health system planning and integration initiatives, translating strategic goals into actionable outcomes. Your background will ideally include a Master’s degree in health administration and five years of relevant experience. Key areas of focus will encompass Ontario Health Teams, mental health, chronic disease management, and program evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead health system integration planning initiatives

• Use data to evaluate programs and identify service gaps

• Build partnerships with health providers and stakeholders

• Guide complex initiatives through effective facilitation

• Monitor funding and performance indicators

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in health administration or related field

• Minimum five years’ experience in health care systems

• Strong understanding of Ontario Health dynamics

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to mentor and lead teams
