This casual role involves evaluating and treating clients in their homes, fostering independence, and implementing goals collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver tailored therapy in patients' homes
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with health care professionals in care delivery
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes
• Educate clients and their families about therapy goals
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active practice license in Ontario
• First Aid and CPR certification required
• Experience in one-on-one therapeutic support
• Must have a driver’s license for regular travel
