Located at CareKW’s main office, this role requires managing schedules for PSWs, nurses, and therapy professionals. You'll navigate rotating shifts between 6 AM and 11 PM, including weekends. Your expertise in scheduling software will ensure compliance with staffing policies and enable effective collaboration with department leaders for optimal care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle scheduling inquiries from staff
• Maintain detailed staff schedules using software
• Provide on-site support for care staff
• Continuously suggest departmental improvements
• Uphold professionalism with all stakeholders
Requirements:
• Previous experience in healthcare scheduling
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be available for full-time shifts
• Proficient use of Microsoft 365 required
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
