This full-time interim role lasts for 18 months, emphasizing both technical expertise and compassionate patient care. You will operate ultrasound equipment, ensure its proper functionality, and document critical cardiac images while monitoring patients during procedures. Proficiency in echocardiography techniques and strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication with patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed echocardiograms for cardiac assessments
• Collaborate with cardiologists on diagnoses and treatment plans
• Monitor patients during echocardiography procedures
• Capture and document high-quality cardiac images accurately
• Maintain equipment and adhere to safety protocols
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in diagnostic medical sonography
• Advanced certification (RDCS or RCS) preferred
• Basic life support (BLS) certification
• Experience in a cardiac imaging environment
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
