This role requires flexibility to work days and weekends, with support in ongoing training and mentorship. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate support to clients in their daily activities
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
• Assist with mobility and physical care needs
• Document care provided and report changes in client condition
• Collaborate with health professionals to ensure quality care
Requirements:
• Valid Personal Support Worker certificate or nursing background
• Driver’s license and vehicle required for travel
• Compliance with immunization and vulnerable sector check
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and perform physical tasks
