Proactive Rehab is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Huntsville. Proactive Rehab is a patient‑centered rehabilitation clinic dedicated to delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based physiotherapy care. Recently acquired by Martel + Mitchell Rehabilitation of North Bay

This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative setting with access to mentorship, continuing education, and a diverse caseload.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of conditions within the physiotherapy scope of practice
- Develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans to support patient recovery and goals
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation, including WSIB and MVA reports, in accordance with clinic standards
- Adhere to all standards, guidelines, and regulations set by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Attend relevant postgraduate education to expand clinical knowledge and skills
- Contribute positively to a collaborative, patient‑focused team environment
- Registered Physiotherapist with a full license for Independent Practice from the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Recent graduates and Physiotherapy Residents are welcome and will be provided with mentorship and guidance.
- Strong clinical reasoning skills with a commitment to evidence‑based practice
- Thorough understanding of professional standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, collaborative clinical environment
