Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately

• Greet patients and provide basic information

• Respond to inquiries about patient status

• Schedule appointments and manage registration data

• Support emergency protocols and notifications

Requirements:

• Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent experience

• Completion of Medical Terminology course

• Proven clerical experience and organization skills

• Proficient in computer and office programs

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
