Drive revenue strategy at Blue Mountain Resort through pricing, forecasting, and business mix analysis in a hybrid, year-round position. Work onsite at least three days weekly.
The Revenue Manager maximizes revenue across mountain operations, summer attractions, lodging, and food and beverage. This full-time role supports business planning through detailed budgets, market trends, and strategic initiatives. It requires yield management expertise, advanced Excel skills, and clear stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop pricing, offers, channel, and business mix strategies
- Prepare weekly revenue forecasts and trend commentary
- Build detailed budgets using targets, trends, and initiatives
- Lead weekly Sell Strategy meetings with business leaders
- Develop tools and models for accurate analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in business or three years’ related experience
- Hospitality or tourism industry experience strongly preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and ability to manage competing priorities
