Position Overview:
SAP SF Implementation Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Success Factors Project Manager to join our team for a significant transformation project. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of SAP Success Factors and a strong background in implementing and managing HR transformation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Representing the project during evaluations, forecasting, managing the team, and keeping track of project progress, along with all the other typical PM responsibilities at Client .
• Lead the design and architecture of SAP Success Factors solutions, ensuring they meet the business requirements and are scalable, reliable, and secure.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and execute HR transformation strategies, focusing on optimizing business processes and delivering value through technology.
Project Management:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and blueprinting to development, testing, and deployment. Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Required Experience:
• Overall, - years of experience in HR ERP core modules like Core HR, Benefits, Payroll integration with ADP, eTime.
• Prior experience in Data conversion and migration to SAAS HR system is required.
• Deep Functional knowledge on HR module and functionalities.
• Create functional design documentation, testing requirements and or reporting requirement.
• Do Fit-Gap analysis for HR functional and modules implemented between current HR and selected Saas HR ERP system.
• Success Factors migration experience is needed
