Required Skills & Experience- Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8‑10 years of progressive HR experience, with strong focus on talent management, performance management, and compensation.
- Experience managing HR programs, leading cross‑functional initiatives, and supporting organizational change.
- Experience working with HRIS systems (ADP), compensation tools, and performance management software.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- CHRP/CHRL designation considered an asset.
- Experience in agriculture, food manufacturing, or similar industries considered an asset.
