Human Resources Specialist at MAHC

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer collective agreements and resolve grievances

• Lead training on labour relations and HR policies

• Manage workplace investigations and compliance issues

• Drive internal recruitment and staff management

• Participate in workforce planning across sites

Requirements:

• CHRP and post-graduate HR Certificate required

• University degree needed

• At least 3 years in HR within healthcare

• Previous experience in a union context

• Must be within 125km of work locations
