Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary liaison for associates and client leadership
• Manage employee attendance, performance, and engagement
• Conduct coaching sessions and associate check-ins
• Oversee recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding
• Ensure compliance with HR and industry standards
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in HR, staffing, or related fields
• Knowledge of HR compliance and policies
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments
• Valid driver's license for on-site travel
