Step into a pivotal HR role as a Temporary Human Resources Business Partner at MAHC, serving both the Huntsville District Memorial and South Muskoka Memorial hospitals. Your focus will be on employee performance and compliance related to HR policies.
In this multi-site role, you will lead essential HR functions including grievance management and effective mediation. Your experience in collective agreements and workplace investigations will be key to supporting operational goals. Establishing relationships with leadership and union representatives is crucial for the success of HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer collective agreements and resolve grievances
• Lead training on labour relations and HR policies
• Manage workplace investigations and compliance issues
• Drive internal recruitment and staff management
• Participate in workforce planning across sites
Requirements:
• CHRP and post-graduate HR Certificate required
• University degree needed
• At least 3 years in HR within healthcare
• Previous experience in a union context
• Must be within 125km of work locations
