In the HR Coordinator position, you will act as the first contact for employee inquiries and provide necessary administrative support. Your responsibilities include organizing communications, planning social events, and running HR processes like performance reviews and salary updates. You will also maintain employee documentation, ensuring all information is kept confidential and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate employee inquiries and administrative tasks

• Organize social events for employee engagement

• Maintain and update HR documents and communication boards

• Assist with employee onboarding and performance reviews

• Support time and attendance auditing processes

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or related field

• Experience in the automotive/manufacturing sectors

• Strong command of employment regulation

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Experience with HRIS like Workday
