You’ll help support keyword strategy, website optimization, SEO best practices, and performance reporting, while collaborating with graphic designers, PR & communications, and sustainability team members to ensure our digital presence is aligned, discoverable, and effective.

This is a growth‑focused role with mentorship and room to expand skills over time.

  • Help monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar)
  • Identify basic technical SEO issues and collaborate with internal or external teams to address them
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining structured data (schema markup) where appropriate
Word Press Support
  • Work within Word Press to update and optimize content following SEO best practices
  • Assist with publishing blog posts, landing pages, and updates to existing content
  • Ensure content is formatted correctly for readability, accessibility, and search performance
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure visuals and copy are SEO-friendly
Data, Reporting & Insights
  • Track and report on key SEO and website performance metrics
  • Help analyze search trends, keyword rankings, and traffic data
  • Support data-driven recommendations for content and website improvements
  • Assist in maintaining SEO documentation and best-practice guidelines
Email Marketing
  • Work closely with the Manager of Marketing & Brand Experience as well as the Sales Manager to create and send email marketing campaigns
  • Utilize CRM System (Salesforce) to upload lead lists, assist with outreach to cold leads, and help maintain list health
  • Work closely with the Manager of Marketing & Brand Experience on strategy execution
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, PR & communications, and sustainability teams to align content and campaigns
  • Stay up to date on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing best practices
Qualifications Required
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, or a related role (internships or co‑op experience welcome)
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and how search engines work
  • Experience working with Word Press or similar CMS platforms
  • Keen interest in working with data, spreadsheets, and analytics tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and take feedback positively
What We’re Looking For
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console
  • Understanding of HTML, schema markup or other technical SEO concepts
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz)
  • A problem‑solver who enjoys digging into data and finding patterns
