Position: Head of Client Services and Growth - Corporate Sales Manager
Location: Innisfil

This opportunity is for a Head of Client Services and Growth who is a seasoned professional with strong experience leading account managers and clients on complex portfolios.

You must be technically proficient in modern web and AI practices and be adept at developing and maintaining technology centric consultative sales. Your knowledge and experience in technical consultative sales will be highly applicable to this role.

In this role, your direct or equivalent experience leading client relationships for complex strategic programs involving multiple stakeholders and multi-year initiatives will be a valuable asset.

This role will make use of your diverse skillset and experience, and provides excellent opportunities for professional growth

Note that this is a Hybrid role and requires regular onsite work to be performed
.

Location

$130,000

Responsibilities
  • Has experience working on complex strategic programs involving multiple stakeholders and multi-year initiatives
  • Has strong technical sales experience with Drupal CMS and Sanity CMS, or related technologies
  • Possesses a technical understanding of website development technologies
  • Has excellent oral and written skills with the ability to communicate complex issues and influence others internally and externally
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and extensive professional experience in technical consultative sales.
  • 3 years professional agency design experience
  • 3 years demonstrable experience managing relationships and partnerships in the web, tech, AI, design, e-commerce, or digital products industry in a busy agency environment
  • 2 years experience in B2B marketing or product management
  • Demonstrable experience leading and writing successful proposals and/or responses to complex technical RFP’s
