A safety technology company located in Barrie, Ontario, is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to serve as the primary technical liaison between their team and customers. This role involves achieving expertise in Axon technologies while providing tier 2 technical support. The position starts remote and transitions to hybrid, requiring onsite work 3-4 days a week. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of IT experience, a robust background in customer relations, and good problem-solving skills.

Competitive salary range of CAD $74,250 to $118,800.
