About the Role

We’re hiring an IT Services Network Administrator to support internal operations and lead technical projects for commercial and industrial clients.

This role combines systems and network administration with project-based infrastructure design
. You’ll maintain daily IT operations, document and implement solutions, and support customer networks in collaboration with the operations team.

• Maintain IT systems:
  Active Directory, Microsoft 365, laptops, access control, and camera systems.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot networks, VLANs, switches, and connectivity issues.
• Design and document network and systems architectures for internal and client projects.
• Implement network monitoring and security measures to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers during deployment and maintenance.
• Manage documentation, SOPs, and change logs.
• Support field staff and customers on installations and upgrades.
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.

• Networking: Routers, switches, VLANs, wireless, VPNs, basic firewall setup.
• Systems: Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft 365, virtualization.
• Connectivity: Fixed wireless, fiber/WAN, access control, security cameras.

• 3–7 years in IT systems or network administration.
• Strong grasp of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and core networking.
• Experience with VLANs, switches, and network monitoring or security tools.
• Clear communicator, confident working with clients and vendors.
• Adaptable, hands‑on, and comfortable in a small, fast‑moving team.
• Solid documentation and project coordination skills.
