Join our Customer Service team as a Dealer Support Agent
! You'll be the key contact for our dealer network across Canada and the United States, providing technical support and ensuring smooth operations.

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Starting date: As soon as possible
  • Number of positions to fill: 1
  • Remote/On-site: Hybrid
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM

Role and responsibilities of a Dealer Support Agent:
  • Provide technical support to dealers for our residential and industrial products.
  • Offer technical assistance to dealers using our management systems.
  • Handle order intake and processing for our dealer network.
  • Prepare quotations and manage warranty/claim requests.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support our sales and logistics team.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for internal processes.
Required qualifications for our Dealer Support Agent:
  • College diploma or relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and share information effectively within a team.
  • Fluent in French (preferred but not required).
