Lakehead University seeks a technically skilled IT Support Analyst committed to client service. Help maintain reliable classroom technology and provide user support across campus.
This role at the Technology Services Centre involves offering comprehensive technical assistance to the University community. As the first point of contact for technical issues, you will utilize strong troubleshooting skills while delivering timely solutions in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will enhance user experiences and optimize technology effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support users with software, hardware, and printers
• Troubleshoot technical problems through various means
• Maintain A/V and IT systems in classrooms
• Document support requests accurately
• Assist departments with technology planning
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science
• At least two years of technical customer service experience
• Strong problem-solving across technologies
• Skills in A/V systems and ticketing software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
